Clean rooms What a nice place. There was some kinda cowgirl convention going on it had me really curious

Perfect for my needs. Price was market value. It had a pool and hot tub. We had a cargo trailer and were allowed to park it while we detached the pickup truck to run around town and do some errands and site see. We thought it was clean and nice. The rubber grout caulking around the tub was black and mouldy so it made a soak in the bath tub not pleasent being eye to eye with that. I cleaned the tub and tiles myself but that black stuff was growing in the caulking itself. The plus side, there was a real nice strong toilet seat that didn't shift upon using it. I like me a strong, firm toilet seat. One elevator the lights did not work so that was a scary little ride. Breakfast was pretty small, set, self serve situation. Nothing extravagant but helpful for an early departure. Prime location off the 410 and Queen.

I came here for a wedding and the staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, room and everything about the hotel were super clean. There was a lot of space to park, it was also very quiet even though there were a lot of people in the building. Kid-friendly and the best price in the area. Overall 10/10 experience.

The rooms were very clean, the beds very clean and comfortable. The front staff is wonderful and speak excellent English, I'm unsure why others complained of that. Even my wife who's first language IS NOT English has no issues understanding the staff. They were actually very kind. Breakfast is actually pretty fantastic considering it's included in the stay. Eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, Nespresso machines, juice dispenser, yogurt, cereal.....it's miles a head of free breakfasts at other places. They have a decent gym and nice pool, sauna and hot tub. For the price this is a fantastic place and if I'm out here again I'd actually stay. There are many restaurants around and other things to do. Also the area is pretty nice, Brampton doesn't have a good wrap but everyone I met was nice, area is clean and nothing crazy going on. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very patient/tolerant of ALL the kids. We lacked nothing and all we needed was to request it. Ms. Jackie went the extra mile for our very large group, spending 10 minutes trying to ensure that the pancake machine was in working order. The breakfast area was clean, organized, and fully stocked with all the items we required to have a hearty meal. Her friendly smile and warm demeanor is a testimony to her personality, professionalism and the level of employee that make this Quality Inn remarkable and fun to stay at. I had a flight cancellation so the flight company offered me an overnight stay at this hotel while I wait for my plane to arrive as soon as I got here I was greeted warmly by the lady at the reception desk although it was night she was able to help me get my room answer any questions I had. The room quality itself was pretty standard for any hotel. Nothing too fancy but average so I don’t mind it. The shower was really clean which I appreciate. Although the heater did make a really loud noise when I tried to use it so I turned it off so I can sleep in peace as it was a cold night. Overall I had a nice rest and was able to take a nice warm shower in the morning. The breakfast they served was also pretty standard I didn’t hate it but it’s nothing too fancy as I would say. TLDR the staff are really nice but the hotel is as average as you would get. Granted I only stayed one night so I can’t say anything for longer stays but for one night it was a pleasant stay.

The service here is lovely. Jackie especially works very hard to make breakfast and other amenities function well. Rooms were clean and average. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The sauna and whirlpool are a nice touch. Free breakfast was much better than what we have in the states for similar hotels, a nice change of pace. The location is walkable to many restaurants. Close to airport too.

We just stayed here 2 nights ago and I was so impressed with this hotel. The rooms are huge and beds are so comfortable. We got a room that was right across from the pool and excersise room. The pool was so nice and it has a depth for everyone...it starts very shallow then goes pretty deep and the hot tub was so nice and deep and it had lights that light up at night it was nice.The hotel is great location it has everything you need in the plaza right at your fingertips. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was nice and the news was playing on the tv with the weather. It was a very nice stay and I will definitely be back soon and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for somewhere nice and clean
